RefectoCil Tint Color Blue Black No.2 is a shade of black with a soft blue shimmer which adds additional depth and shine and creates mind-blowing blue-black styles. For particularly expensive eyes!

- Mixable with all 8 RefectoCil tints

Content: 15 ml. Sufficient for approximately 30 applications.
How to use:
Mix RefectoCil Tint Color eyelash and eyebrow tint with 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant 3% Liquid (or 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant 3% Cream) until you get a creamy paste. Apply this paste without delay using the application. After the application tome (see detailed instruction inside the product box) cleanse with cotton and water. Remove color spots on the skin with RefectoCil Tint Remover.
