Delivery & Return Policy

 DELIVERY POLICY 

1. General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order (plus Tax), using the original method of payment

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Canada. We also accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in the United States of America and Asia. 

LOCAL DELIVERY

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING for order over $99 if the delivery radius is less than 15km from our physical store. 

IN-STORE PICKUP

  • You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our physical store at 5312 Victoria Dr, Vancouver, V5P 3V7. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 1 business day. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. 
  • Our in-store pickup hours are 10 am to 5:30 pm on Saturday to Thursday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.

3. Order Processing

  • We ship from our physical store in Vancouver, BC, Canada. 
  • All orders are processed within 12 hours to 24 hours of business days (Saturday - Thursday excluding Friday and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You hate waiting for the package arrives, we are too. If you order by 4:00pm of our business day, we are able to ship on the same day your order. 
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an e-mail confirmation with the order details. If you do not receive an e-mail, please check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at sale@eminentbeautysystem.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in your address. We will refund the original charge (excluding the shipping fee) if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.
  • If your order gets offered free shipping, unfortunately, the order is returned due to an incorrect address, or no one picks up the order, we will refund the original charge. In case, you miss those orders, and really want to receive those orders, we can send them again, but we will calculate and charge the shipping fee (if needed). 

4. Delivery Instructions

You can provide special delivery instructions on the check-out page of our website. Please email us or call us before you make an order if you have any special requirements. 

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.  

If you would like to change your shipping address after the package has been shipped out, you will be required to pay for the additional address change fee.

 6. Warranty

All products sold are covered by manufacturer warranty unless stated otherwise.

Warranty periods are calculated from your original date of purchase. Receiving our replacement warranty item at a later date does not extend your warranty.

8. Manufacturer Defective

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. All defective items are subjected to the manufacturer's warranty and will be repaired or replaced or if items are out of stock, store credit or gift card will be given.

RETURN POLICY

1. Return

We have a 7-days return policy, which means you have 7-days after receiving your item to request a return.

All items/goods that are returned after 7-days will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sale@eminentbeautysystem.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

3. Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or declined. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card issuer. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by the customer, which means return shipping is not refundable and is at the sole cost of the customer. For all orders with either paid shipping or free shipping, the actual shipping charge will be deducted from the full order amount.

You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.

4. Exceptions / non-returnable items

No returns and exchanges on any kinds of nail polish preparation or any kinds of gel polishes preparation (base coat, top coat, dehydrator, primer, bond-aid) or any kind of nail polish color, or any kind of gel polish color, brushes, or sealed products (gel systems, dip powder systems, acrylic powder, sugar scrub, pedicure tablet, tinting, waxing, paraffin wax) or final sale items/goods, clearance items/goods. We also do not accept returns and exchanges on nail drills (cordless or non-cordless), nail lamps (LED/UV, UV, cordless, or non-cordless), nail dryers, or wax warmer. 

We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids/ gases (Acrylic Liquids, Acetone, Isopropyl 70% Alcohol, Isopropyl 100% Alcohol, Polish Remover, Polish Thinner), Hygiene products (any disposable products such as Medical Face Masks, Latex Powder Free Gloves, Nitrile Powder Free Gloves, Disposable Pedicure liners, Disposable Toe Separators, Disposable Pedicure Slippers, Pedicure Spa 5-in-1 Kit, Nail Files, Nail Buffers, Pumice Pad, Foot Files).
